Sélection: fine grocery and signature hampers

Selection was born directly from our private chef and butler placement service. On the ground, we quickly realized that time was the most precious resource in high-end catering. Our chefs were losing hours shopping: stuck in traffic, rushing from store to store, often unable to find what they needed. It wasn’t just about quality, availability was also an issue, as some destinations simply don’t offer the exceptional products a discerning chef requires. This insight led us to create Selection: a fine grocery service designed by and for our chefs. To achieve this, we assembled a dedicated sourcing team tasked with collaborating with the finest producers, both locally and across France. Exceptional meats from Metzger, premium caviar from Sturia, and gourmet pantry staples from Maison Dehesa, every product is chosen to elevate our chefs’ creations.

But Sélection goes even further. In our laboratories, our own chefs prepare high-quality ingredients in advance: carefully filleted fish, house-smoked salmon, slowly simmered meat and poultry stocks… These are time-consuming preparations that our chefs can’t manage during service. Ready-to-use and crafted by exacting professionals, these products allow them to focus on what they do best: create, plate, and inspire. One order, one delivery directly to the service location. Our logistics team handles everything, so our chefs can concentrate on what matters most: delivering excellence at every table.

Our signature gift boxes reimagine fine groceries as unique offerings, designed to enhance every key moment of your stay: in a villa, on board or at sea. Delivered directly to your door, they adapt to all occasions: Breakfast boxes: three carefully curated options to start your day right. Aperitif boxes: perfect for groups arriving on holiday with no time to prepare a first meal, featuring crisp vegetables with homemade spreads, or a platter of regional charcuterie and cheeses. Our product delivery adapts to the seasons and the destinations where we operate. Our grocery and gift box delivery service is available in the Alps in winter: in the Three Valleys area (Courchevel, Méribel, Val Thorens), as well as Megève and Val d’Isère. In summer, we cover all destinations in the French Southeast: the Alpilles, Luberon, Marseille, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Mougins, and the entire French Riviera.
